DIRECTIONS
-Use scissors to cut the gel sheet to a suitable size, if desired. -Remove the transparent film backing from the gel sheet and place the pad on the desired area of the skin. -For extra cooling, the package of pads may be stored in the refrigerator (optimum temperatures: 5°Celsius), but do not store pads in the freezer. -Please be careful when pads are used on small children and/or on sensitive skin.
